Thank you for shopping at shopping99. We want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns
Our returns policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email or SMS notification confirming its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method, or via bank transfer/UPI for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, within 5-7 business days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect size. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@shopping99 with details of your order.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
We offer free reverse pickups for returns in most pincodes. If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the item, and we will credit a standard shipping allowance to you.
